Voice Recognition No DSP

I am trying to use SkaiNet for voice commands to control a motor through the onboard DAC. I am using the ESP32-WROOM-32D with no DSP. I want to connect a MIC to an ADC port for audio input. All the directions for SkaiNet are for boards with a DSP. Is there a way to do this configuration without a DSP?
