ESP-AT工程配置修改

2个问题
1：2.1版本的ESP8266 ESP-AT编译和make menuconfig打开都正常，但是AT串口根据文档写的修改不成功，改不到IO1,IO3。
2：2.2版本的build.py menuconfig一直打不开，阿里云ECS ubuntu16.04 server ，WIN10的WSL ubuntu18，WIN10自带虚拟机 ubuntu都不能正常用2.2版本的，报错还是

没有改过kconfig文件，libncurses5-dev都正常安装。

2. 这个问题是我们 release/v2.2.0.0_esp8266 分支有一个关键的 commit 推送到 github 失败导致，我们正在更新 release/v2.2.0.0_esp8266 分支，请耐心等待。
