ESP WHO with transport protocol.

Hi,
The idea is to use ESP WHO to detect and recognise registered people and take pictures of the detected people and send to a RPI as a server. Would it be possible to modify the ESP WHO and integrate it with some protocol of any kind.
Any similar projects or ideas if this is feasible ?
