OpenCV

Does anyone conect ESP32 to OpenCv, when I try to use my URL HTTP://myESP32:81/stream I receive a error message telling was unable to create connection, any help ?

I'd venture a guess that more info is going to be needed and questions answered about the environment you're trying to create. For example, are you using opencv.js in your html doc? Perhaps a look at your html would be in order. I'm guessing you have some kind of "webserver" setup on port 81, maybe provide a look at pieces of your webserver code? What does the developers console on the browser show as the error?
Can't be much more help without some answers.
