Hello,
I push "Get Still" button on web page and "Save" button to save image file to my PC.
As shown in attached photo, Still image shown on web and image saved to my PC is
not the same.
It's caused by different between Resolution setting and Windows size setting(which is in Advanced Settings menu)?
Regards,
Jay

Re: Saved Image Size
Likely the UI image gets scaled to whatever size your window is, for easy viewing. When you download the image, you get the actual size.
Re: Saved Image Size
Well, saved image actually seems cropped.
(Image behind which is now cam watching show keyboard keys 7,8,9,u,i,o,j,k,l
but saved image only show 7,8,u,i)
So what should I do for both images to be identical?

Ah, good point. Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with that software to be able to help you then.

Hi! Were you allowed to solve this? I'm struggling with the same problem.

Re: Saved Image Size
Yes, when "still" is enabled, the backend is actually constantly pushing images to the web page. Therefore, there is a certain time difference between what you see and what you save.
