无法更新 component

你好：
我们是 ESP Component PSACrypto 的维护者，今天想更新这个库的时候，命令行一直提示：
ERROR: You are not allowed to perform this action.
我们之前更新过两个版本都是正常的。
我们在 ESP Component Registry 里有三个 token，Scopes 分别为 user、write：component、wirte：tokens 我尝试更换这三个 token 但结构都是一样的，请问这个问题怎么解决，谢谢
