idf.py set-target esp32c3 无法生效

idf version: v5.1.2
之前使用的环境是esp32，然后安装了esp32c3，现在编译完下载会出错，具体操作如下：

xin_li@DESKTOP-SH0LJ3H:~/workspace/esp32/projects/hello_world$ idf.py set-target esp32c3

idf.py flash 报错如下
A fatal error occurred: This chip is ESP32-C3 not ESP32. Wrong --chip argument?
CMake Error at run_serial_tool.cmake:66 (message):

麻烦帮忙看看怎么解决
