调试OTA的时候发现调用restart,wifi会连不上,然后去掉OTA功能,直接在程序跑起来10秒后restart,也有同样的问题。直接按板子上的复位按键是没这个问题的。调用restart才有这个问题。然后会出现很多行 pll_cap_ext 10 这个日志
