esp32运行 make flash烧写hello world

串口驱动安装正常，连接正常
在demo目录里hello world程序下，运行make all，编译正常，
然后运行 make flash 出现：

serial.serialutil.SerialException:could not open port 'COM13':WindowsError(5, '\xbe\xbc\xf8\xb7\xc3\xce\xca\xa1\xa3')
make:***[/c/esp/esp-idf/components/esptool_py/Makefile.projbuild:67:flash]错误1

查看你使用的端口是否正确，并且是否被其他应用程序占用。
