我才发现两次不停复位区别不同,但是也是因为没有头绪,导致也没有注意到这些,在有些地方请教了以后,
他们说 ESP-IDF的 DEMO 也可能有些问题的,然后让我更新最新的 ESP-IDF ,我以前用的 V4.3.1 ,去年用了一整年,然后老板子也没遇到问题,也就是最近一个月画了新板子发现了问题。

为什么不用最新版也是因为 乐鑫官方的 VSCode 插件以前更新的进度赶不上 IDF 的更新进度,就是安装新版本总是会有问题。

然后我更新了一下4.3.4 版本,发现不重启但是连接不上 wifi ,然后我又更新了一下 4.4.2 版本的 IDF,然后目前看来就正常了。

大哥,能否指点一二,我这种可能是什么问题吗? 我已经确定了不是电源供电不足的问题,有人说是wifi 启动的时候影响了晶振,SDK 初始化的时候以前的判断可能有欠缺。 不知道是不是这种问题?

如果大哥能够指点一下,对以后板子设计也有帮助啊,硬件上面能避免的最好就硬件避免了。

我也遇到了这个问题了,跟SHA-256没关系,也跟供电没关系,只要WiFi连上就会触发重启。试过代码注释掉WiFi初始化的流程,板子则能稳定的正常跑不会重启。同样的板子,刚开始是不会重启的,跑了20分钟左右也会出现重启现象。现在是一连上WiFi就会出现,不知道是否WiFi那个地方干扰了芯片的稳定性,需要大佬指导下。

可以嘗試這兩個改動:
1. 在sdkconfig 把wifi max tx power 降低
2. 在sdkconfig 關閉使用newlib

我也遇到同样的问题,不过我感觉,好像是和供电关系,我并了个 470uF 的电容,连电脑供电就稳定。 或者换供电的电源表现也会不同。连 USB HUB 时,给额外供电也能稳定很多。

有时候重启时,手摸模块有概率能挺过WiFi连接。我感觉是供电问题,但是我也不确定。。

有降低 Wi-Fi 的 TX power 吗?

我遇到了一模一样的问题。可以确定的信息有:

1. 当初始化 wifi 时,CHIP_EN 会被瞬间拉低,从而导致重启。示波器能看到明显拉低。
2. 当插上wifi天线时,不会出现这个现象。(或者用金属接触SMA插座的针脚,也不会)
3. 当拆掉RF相关的电容和电阻,不会出现这个现象。
4. 基本可以排除供电的问题,因为用商用的可调电源,现象一致。

RF 天线的电容和电感值(从chip到SMA的方向)是:2.7qF, 2.7nH, 2.0pF 。显然手摸或者接入天线的时候,改变了电容值,从而解决了问题。

哪位大神可以解释下原理?

我觉得就是供电问题。模块供电或者芯片 VDD3P3 单纯堆电容容值就没事。我现在不用模块了,用自己画的板子加芯片没再遇到这个问题了。
