ESP32 WROOM 32D Power consumption

Hello everyone. I'm trying to decrease power consumption of my system which is making use of ESP32 WROOM 32D. The problem I am facing is that I am not able to achieve accurate range of power consumption for Deep Sleep mode as specified in documents. I have used
a program which includes an LED. The LED blinks for 5 times and goes to Deep Sleep mode. Here no wake up source is given. Though I have made use of esp_deep_sleep_start(); the system shows the changes of going into Deep Sleep mode, but the current consumption is between 9 mA to 9.8 mA. I have attached the screenshot of result obtained using Power Profiler Kit 2. Do suggest for any changes if required in program or in setup of Power Profiler Kit 2. The Power Profiler Kit 2 is being used in Source Mode.
