WiFi network for > 100 esp32 nodes

Hi,

I need information in designing wifi network for a plantation in a remote area which has neither internet nor wifi network.

Moisture and ph sensors must be installed for each tree and distance between each tree is about 10 meters, it'll be for 100 Hectares plantation but for trial the user asks for 100 trees first in 1 hectare area and they want data to be sent to a database server for later analysis.

My question is about the network design, can ESP32 NOW or MESH or just WiFi network be implemented for this kind of network with several esp32 will act as internet gateways using gsm or lora module ?

Does esp32 has integrated software or app to manage or monitor or even configure each esp32 board, because setting up a lot of esp32 boards will need effort.

Does anyone here has links for information that I can read for designing large wifi network using esp32 ?
