matter enabled esp-based iot development help needed

Hi,
I am an engineering student in Pakistan, and i'm trying to build a suite of Iot products using esp modules, and i want them to have matter functionality in them. But i'm not primarily a developer and it is a really difficult thing for me to configure and build this kind of project. I have simple codes prepared without any sort of provisioning, but i don't know how to provision them and connect to phone apps( to be developed as well).
If anyone would be interested in helping me out, that'd be great.
Since i want to launch a startup on this, so maybe i can offer a little money as well if things work out.
