ESP32 and NTC problems

Greetings to all!
I have a firebeetle esp32 board and wish to connect my NTC to take readings that I will use in an upcoming project.
These are things: https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=715034.0 that I have tried and never have managed to get a correct reading . The closest to my ambient temperature I have managed to get is by 4C off.
I have tried with LUT tables, B coefficient, Steinhart and Hart Equation, you name it but never able to just get the right temperature.
Can anyone be of help please? I keep reading that ESP32 ADC non linearity is the problem but like said, whatever calibration methods I have tried, just doesn't cut it.
Thank you in advance!
