esp-idf 4 with Azure IoT Hub updated

Hi,

There is a plan from the esp team to update the Azure IoT c SDK to make it works with esp-idf 4 and hopfully also use the latest version of IoT Hub c SDK?

I dont know if someone from espressif look at the posts sometime, but I would like to have an answer about having azure iot c sdk updated to make it works with the latest version of esp-idf.

esp-idf and azure iot sdk changed a lot since the last update and I m sure that a lot of bugs has been resolved.
