Using ESPProvision w/Arduino IDE

I'm relatively new to ESP32, having done a lot with Arduino, and therefore continued to use the Arduino IDE for my ESP development.

The ESPProvision library (https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf-provisioning-ios) looks perfect for something I'm trying to achieve but I'm not sure what libraries I have to include to the code to enable the ESP32 to be available to the ESPProvision library or if this is even possible using this IDE?
