ESP32 based Alexa Services along with add-on features

Hi Team,

We want to develop a ESP32-based product supporting Alexa-like AVS services, without actually using external Alexa devices (like Alexa Echo dot). This product will have few more add-on features like sensors, as per our end product requirements.

Please clarify the following queries, suggesting a suitable ESP32 module supporting our requirements.

1) From ESP32-WROOM-32 and ESP32-WROVER Modules, which one is best suitable for our requirements?
2) What are the major/critical difference's between ESP32-WROOM-32 and ESP32-WROVER Modules?
3) Which is the best suitable IDE for Developing the AVS-IOT on ESP32 Module?
4) Is SDK Available for suggested ESP32 Module?
5) Please suggest the devkit & module for ESP AVS for AWS IOT, as mentioned ESP32-WROVER-SERIES is best for IOT, below is the attachment please find it
