Is there a ESPRESSIF Mobile App to flash the ESP32 over BLE OTA (not Wifi) ? Or Any possible references ?

Did anyone run the example successfully？The device esp32 c919 is not searchable using the android app，But third-party apps likes nrfconnect can be found using the same phone.
