ESP Door Bell and Water tank Alarm

Hi Guys,

I have moderate knowledge of programming and good knowledge with open source. Basically I am in wifi programming

I have a idea for fun project for my home if any one could help me with that

1: water tank alarm with customisable alarm tones and can be changed via wifi and app

2: Door Bell with with customisable alarm tones and can be changed via wifi and app

Like voice of someone in wave or MP3 format

Could you please help me to give right guidence for which ESP module will be best for this job and how can I customize things.
