Help to write a code

Hello everyone my name is Sebastian , I have a 38-pin esp32s, could someone help me to write a code for rainmaker in which I have to use two 5v low level trigger relays, a dht11 sensor and a 12v pwm fan. I find everything separately but I can't link them together to the codes , thank you very much in advance
