almost absent and distorted output

Hi,
I have a ESP32-LyraTD-MSC V2.2. I'm using esp-idf 4.4 to build some examples. The problem that I have is that outputs from both headphones and PA is incredibly low and distorted. I tried pipe line mp3Decoder- BT and it work good . Could be it a hardware broken problem?
