New Project Needed: 16/8bits parallel GPIO read -> DMA -> USB/WIFI -> Mobile Phone/PC

Is this can be actualized:
16/8bits parallel GPIO read -> DMA -> USB/WIFI -> Mobile Phone/PC

Details:
16 or 8 bits data comes from a external chip and need SoC(Prefer ESP32) read the data to DMA(for fast deal with), and the data can be calculate or not, and transfer to Mobile Phone or PC via WIFI(Prefer) or USB.
The 8bits data bit rate is more than 40Mbps.

So could ESP32 handle this so much data and is the whole link is can be done？

It will be very apreciate if anybody could tell me this. Thanks in advance.
