SPI Pins

Hi,

Can I use below pins for SPI ?

1. Pin 28 as MOSI;
2. Pin 27 as CS;
3. Pin 30 as CLK;
4. Pin 32 as MOSI.

If yes, does this pin require external pull up? If no, then why?
