mqtt subscribtion

hello everyone
I am using an esp 32 (doit devkit V1). I am trying to subscribe to mqtt topic and also use sleep mode for power saving. my issue is that the subscription to mqtt part of the code does not happen after I add sleep mode code. can anyone help me with this problem.
thank you

this is for you. Read in detail at the API docs

The line below turns off all RTC peripherals in deep sleep.

Now that we have setup a wake cause and if needed setup the
peripherals state in deep sleep, we can now start going to
deep sleep.
In the case that no wake up sources were provided but deep
sleep was started, it will sleep forever unless hardware
