Esp_Now in broad cast mode.

Hi ,
I am trying esp now protocol in broadcast mode . Looking for concept how it constructed? in some examples slave also programmed in station mode. is encryption is possible in broadcast mode? if i understood rightly
1. master should programmed in STA mode.
2. slave should have common FFFFFFFFFFF mac address
3. add the peer list address
4.send data.
5. how to encrypt my data.? any specific logic to process its own data for slave
any example format would be very use ful.
