Anyone considering VoIP using the ESP32-LyraT

I have been playing with the ESP32-LyraT V4.3 kit. Its really a nice kit.
I've developed a VoIP device for a client, but it uses a $130 VoIP module.

There are others like this as well, but typically the same cost.
VoIP is really not CPU demanding. I know the ESP32 could handle it no problem. I am curious if any of you out there have considered using the ESP32 as a VoIP Phone. So far the best open source thing for this was been http://www.pjsip.org/
But whew, thats a huge nugget to sink your teeth into to get working on the ESP32.
