4-line SD CARD and SPI using some pins

Hi.
I would use SD Card in 4-line mode, connecting it to: GPIO14 (MTMS), GPIO15 (MTDO), GPIO2, GPIO4, GPIO12 (MTDI), GPIO13 (MTCK).
Am I able to split GPIO14 (CLK), GPIO15 (MOSI) and GPIO2 (MISO) with another SPI device (flash memory)?
Current version of sd_card drive allow for it in terms of time gap?
What about CS for SPI device and quiting SD card when SPI device is in use?
