I noticed recently that Electrodragon now has additional models of ESP-WROOM-32 module with 8MB flash, 16MB flash:

and ESP32-WROVER module (again with new 8MB or 16MB flash options):

My question is: do these modules with additional flash carry the same certifications (FCC, CE, IC) as the Espressif published list here:
https://www.espressif.com/en/certificates
Certification status (FCC, IC, et al) of ESP32-WROVER/WROOM with 8MB, 16MB flash?

Unofficially yes because changing the flash chip size should not degrade the rf characteristics and as such no new filing is required but you may want some official statement for the lawyers. As long as they have the markings on the shield it would be good enough for me.
