I like to use PCB 5V to connect to 5V pin to supply power, but wifi and bluetooth not work, why?

Sorry, we don't have a crystal ball to view your setup remotely, so you'll have to add a bit more information. What hardware do you use, where do you apply the 5V, what toolchain do you use, what did you flash into the ESP32, what did you expect BT/WiFi to do?
