Plans for complete BLE stack (ATT, GATT, etc)

Is there any followup to the announcement that CEVA will be providing the BLE stack for the ESP32?

They actually have, but because of (amongst others) the closed-source nature of the stack, we'll only be using the lower-level bits of it. For the higher layers, we have a port of Bluedroid in the works which is fairly close to completion (eta of inclusion in esp-idf: a few weeks)
