Compiling in Android

It may seem like a weird question, but... 
I have some products running on separate clients and my tablet is my best friend, because Android is based on linux, is there any way to import the toolchain for Android? I say this because there is already a compiler for Arduino on Android.
If it is possible, what is the necessary procedure?
It would be very useful to be able to upload a code to ESP32 by Android.
