My apologies if this is not the right forum for M5Stack. I have problems to get the driver cp210x.ko to work properly. However, I managed to compile that in Ubuntu 16.04. When installing as suggested below, it says invalid module format. See below.
I had tried M5Stack, none of the know or use Linux. Hence, the founder said, they could not support. Please advise.

Well, that was probably a false alarm which I did not reset the system. Having reset the system, I see it has been loaded.
