CCATS missing for several ESP32 products

Hi,

I usually buy my electronics from Mouser.se. However, they are unable to sell many of the ESP32 products outside of the US due to US export restrictions (their warehouse is located in TX). According to their customer service, it is due to a missing CCATS number.

It seems that it is all the devices labeled Espressif or Olimex are under the export restriction, while similar devices labeled Adafruit, PyCom and Sparkfun are not.

Is this an intentional move by Espressif?
