Automatic and Smartphone Door Opener

Hi, I need a door opener solution with the following features and wanted to ask if someone knows if there is a solution available with ESP32 or have a tip for me where I can find such a solution :

* Multi-family residential building with community intercom a. no possibility to negotiate with the property management about a special use.
* That's why I have to think picking up automizing the intercom from within the apartment.
* With the following functions:
** Programming how often a. witin which time (for example 2 times within 2 seconds), someone needs to ring, so that the door opener automatically starts
** Switchable to manually opening the entrance door via online remote by myself when someone rings
** Possibility of intercom function (talking to each other) via WhatsApp
** A mini-small hardware solution
** that does not crash all the time (PI?)
** Rebootabler from remote
** Completely switching off and turning back on via online remote
** Re-programmable via online remote via browser
** Online remote status monitoring with auto-message to me, in case of anomaly (device off o. frozen etc.)
** Event list when the door opener was used
