How can debug scanned ble tags with their names

Hello,
When i have scanning ble tags.
Some times its name display by debugging.
But some times i could not see their names,only mac address can see.
What would be issue?

Sometimes i can found "pBeacon"(name of ble_tag) with its mac_address.
But sometimes i can see only mac_address.
