Dear all,

I would like to know if a 4.7 Kohm external pull up or pull down is sufficient for the Strapping pins. I will be powering the ESP-WROOM-32D Module with 3V Power supply. Hence Pull ups are connected to 3V supply.

Usually 10k are sufficient, though it depends what will be pulling them down if that is ever a use case in your setup. I'd check some reference drawings.
