Flashing the LilyGo TTGO ESP32-C3 ESP-01 Replacement Module (T-01C3)

Hello Comunity,

lately I bought this ESP32C3 board, and found acorrespondg flashing instruction there:

But I don't understand ho to do it exactly. Can anyone tell me in detail what to do?

Firstly I searched the lillygo forum for advice, and I found a completely different Instruction there.

How to flash T-01C3 (maybe you've to open it in a private window)

I tried to follow the steps there, and it seems to me that sometimes it works but mostly not. I also tried to enter the lillygo forum to ask, but couldn't find a way to register there.

Can you tell me the right way to flash the T-01C3?
