Bluetooth Certification for ESP32 ESP32-C3-WROOM-02 module based product

Hi,
I am using the module above and wondering what Host QDID I should use for Bluetooth SIG listing.
I am aware of QDID 198312 which is for Bluedroid Host. I am using Nimble Host and cannot find a QDID that is not expired or expiring soon.
Anyone has any info on this ?
