Hello_world example (ESP32-S3)

When attempting to flash Hello_World example for the esp32-S3 (actually the esp32-s3-lcd-ev-board).
I get this error:

Error: libusb_open() failed with L
IBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND
Error: esp_usb_jtag: could not find or open device!

I'm connected to the USB port running Jtag.

Any ideas?
