Antenna Selection for ESP-NOW

Hi, we are making a model satellite with ESP32 using ESP-NOW in 2.4 GHz I have to select antenna but I could not decide which antenna I should use. Which is the best, wifi antenna or cable antenna TAOGLAS CBD01? And should it be omni-directional or directionless?

And we have ground station that we have to make communicate with ESP32 in 5.8 GHz. So we need an antenna here too. Which is the best for ground station Yagi Antenna or TINAX antenna?
