ESP-WIFI-MESH leds not working

I am new to esp idf. I am running the example/mesh/internel_communication example file. For this router: a mobile network.
I am connecting two esp32 with mesh network (one of them is root). When I create with my mobile network I expect the leds to blink and work properly and I don't have any problems. But in my project the router must be esp32. So when I deactivate the mobile network and create a third esp32 as an access point (the code is independent of the others, it is just an access point, so it can be called creating a router for the mesh network) I see that the leds don't blink when they should blink but the communication takes place. Why doesn't the led blink? What could be the cause of this problem?
Attachment: I make sure that the channel numbers are appropriate for the networks. The configs are complete. In other words, I flash with the same codes to be suitable for networks. I do not forget to change information such as bssid, password, channel in the configs.
