Current measurement on ESP32C6

Hi,

I'm measuring the current consumed by the chip(ESP32C6) on measuring at J5, the measurement point, but on putting the chip to Deep Sleep and measuring, I'm measuring 70uA current. In contrast, the datasheet says 7uA as the Deep Sleep current consumption of ESP32C6.

Similarly, I'm measuring 500uA current at light sleep but the DataSheet number is 180uA.

What could be the reason behind this high current measured?
