Finishing ESP-IDF installation error [window 10]

I try installing ESP-IDF but it stuck forever in finishing step, can you help me please
It shows
Delete then re-install doesn't work
I'm using window 10
I downloaded the tool from this link https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... setup.html
