Arduino software, the software keeps reporting errors after restarting

Arduino software, use the command ESP.restart() to restart ESP32C3. But I added an "if" before restarting. After restarting and executing a few lines of code, the error "Booting Sketch... WIFI failed, retrying..." started to appear. Please see the attachment for details.
