How to use BLE5.0 (CODED PHY) Long Range?

I have ESP32-C3 mini board with me and I am working with BLE5.0 (CODED PHY) Long Range.
I have tested the sample examples given in ESP-IDF "bluetooth/esp_ble_mesh/onoff_models/onoff_server".
But I would like to use the concept of Bluetooth Mesh V1.1 with long range (coded phy) feature.
Please suggest me if there any documentation or sample code available for reference?

When I was searching for support on internet I found one article that mentioned, "Bluetooth mesh does not support Bluetooth 5 features such as advertising extensions and the long-range mode (coded PHY), as of October 2022." Please help me.
