How to use jlink to burn ESP32C3 series module,Because of the problem of serial port occupancy, I have to use JTAG to burn, and I only have JLINK in my hand at present， I have found all the ways including zadig to change the driver, change the configuration file, DIS_USB_JTAG eFuse, but I can't find the device, the hardware connection includes verf(vcc), gnd, io4567.

I don't know why you have to use JTAG. Sorry, in my experience with ESP32C3 I used USB directly just for a test. Now I download code only via uart with a USB/UART converter
