Debugging with Built-In Jtag

Hello Everyone,

We are using ESP32-C3 module and the tool is ESPRESSIF IDE. We are Successfully flashing code into ESP32-C3 module but unable to enter into the debug mode. While I am entering into the debug mode it is showing some errors which are mentioned below, Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
