ESP WROOM 32 AT COMMAND ISSUE

Dear Sir,
I am using esp wroom 32 module for my project. but AT command does not work. instead it reply's "what?" or i had used AT bin file provided by http://www.espressif.com/en/support/download/at. but it does not work. Please provide us complete solution for AT command for enabling WiFi. Thanks
