Use of a Supply Voltage Supervisor with ESP32C3

I'm wondering if the EN and power requirements of esp32C3-mini can be achieved with a voltage supervisor like the TLV809 3-Pin Supply Voltage Supervisor from Texas.

In the datasheet it is mentioned that there is no need for additional components, but I'm not sure if I need a pull down resister.
