I have a device on my WiFi network named ESP_BCE99B with vendor as Espress but I have no idea exactly what the device is or where it is located. Could you please tell me what Expressi device would be named ESP_BCE99B?

Aside from the fact that it's some device that uses an Espressif chip and hasn't bothered to set its own hostname, there's nothing you can really tell from that name. Espressif makes chips, not end products, so it could be anything.
